8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our Service and the immediate consumption of AI processing resources:

• We do not offer refunds for any purchases or subscriptions made through our Service.
• The costs incurred for creating analyses are immediate and non-recoverable.
• Our upstream providers do not allow us to request refunds for the GPU processing time used to create your review analyses.
• By signing up and using our Service, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to a refund.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We encourage users to carefully consider their needs before making a purchase or subscribing to our Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
